Abstract
Seizure is commonly occurred in patients with brain tumors. The incidence, risk factors, pathophysiological mechanisms, and prophylactic methods of intraoperative seizures are still not clear. A 29-year old man who had no prior history of seizure experienced an intraoperative generalized tonic-clonic seizure-like activity during brain tumor resection. After intravenous propofol 120 mg and rocuronium 20 mg were administrated, the seizure-like activity subsided.
